- Every single shade is unique, that is their beauty
- Please email us at hello@her-hands.com.au if you have your eye on a particular shade / design, and we will find something similar. Otherwise, leave it to us and we'll send you something beautiful! We can also send you a photo of your shades before we dispatch
- Handwoven and small batch. While we generally hold limited stock of each size and Collection, there may be a lead time (up to approx. 4 weeks) while we await shipments
- We recommend you purchase to secure your pendant, and then email us around your preferred design and timing. We will happily refund your order if we don't have something in stock that you are happy with, but unfortunately we can't hold until purchased.

- Handcrafted from sisal using traditional techniques, and coloured with natural dyes made from tree bark, plants and soil
- Wooden shade holder made from upcycled wood

Click and Collect (contactless pick up) available from our warehouse at 15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin, Victoria 3189.
Orders ship via Australia Post - please allow up to 3-4 business days for dispatch (for in stock items).
We offer a full refund on Pendant Lights, provided that you email us within 14 days of receiving your order (return shipping to us will be at your cost).
