We work hard to create opportunities for the poor to lift themselves out of poverty through fair trade.”

Ghanaian Artisan Partner

Our beautiful bike baskets are handwoven by women in rural northern Ghana.
No two are the same.
The baskets are made from a tropical grass called veta vera, which is sundried, split into two halves and twisted into a twine. The twine is then dyed and woven by the skilled artisans.
Our artisan partner seeks to provide the best working conditions for employees and producers and to deliver high-quality products that generate sustainable income for women weavers without compromising safe environmental practices.
