ABOUT THE ARTISANS
Living at the base of Mt Kasigau, South East Kenya, basket weavers live in an area that is a stunning and yet vulnerable ecosystem, home to varied and abundant wildlife.
Income from weaving is so important in that it provides a sustainable alternative to environmentally harmful practices like the poaching of elephants, giraffes and other wildlife and destruction of forests for charcoal, timber and farmland, as well as helping the beautiful women there escape poverty in their daily lives.

$9.95 flat rate shipping, $15 for large and extra large baskets. Free shipping on orders over $120, and on all Pendant Lights.
Click and Collect (contactless pick up) available from our warehouse at 15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin, Victoria 3189.
Orders ship via Australia Post within 2 business days (usually next business day), unless otherwise stated in website banner. Please allow longer during sale periods.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will exchange your items or issue you with a credit note (valid for 6 months), provided that you email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer a full refund on Pendant Lights.

PLEASE NOTE: consistent with our brand values, we try and use minimal packaging possible.
If your basket is out of shape when you receive it, simply spray lightly with water using a spray bottle, and reshape by draping it over a bucket, bowl or similar while it dries.

As is the beauty with all handmade items, variations will occur. Dimensions above are approximate.
Keep dry and out of direct sunlight as colours will fade. If basket does get wet, dry immediately.
