A small team of women in Southern Africa make these shades
Through a partnership with local magazine distributors, they make these pendant lights using 100% magazine waste and pioneering techniques. Waste coffee grounds are then worked into the pulp.
The women enjoy dependable, fair trade employment with permanent contracts and generally receive up to 2-3 times the minimum wage in their country.
