Yes! Our regular Returns Policy will apply to sale purchases, so you have 7 days to contact us for a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on sale pieces.

We're always happy to help with sizing, spacing and drop heights. Simply send us a photo of your space, plans or measurements to hello@her-hands.com.au and we'll provide personalised recommendations.

If you would like to request a specific tone / preference from our Bespoke Handwoven Pendants, simply include a note in your order at checkout or send us an email.

IMPORTANT: As these pieces are one-of-a-kind, we strongly recommend securing your order first and then contacting us regarding your preferences. We cannot hold any shades until purchased. We will work through requests in the order we receive orders.

If we're unable to accommodate your request, we'll happily refund your order.

Yes! We recommend that you purchase your preferred pendant first to secure it, and then please email us at hello@her-hands.com.au and we will arrange.

There may be a small additional cost depending on your requirements, and please allow a little extra time for customisation.

Try Before You Buy is not available during our sale. However, our standard returns policy still applies to sale purchases (see above).
