Scalloped Pendant Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. The Giveaway runs from Tuesday 20 February to 8pm Tuesday 27 February 2024.

2. Details on how to enter are set out in our relevant Instagram post. Entry involves liking the relevant post, and tagging a friend in the comments. Each comment is eligible for one entry. Entries that share to Instagram Stories and tag @herhandsvillage will receive 5 bonus entries (accounts must be set to public to be eligible, or a screenshot sent to Her Hands). Entrants must be following @herhandsvillage to be eligible to win.

3. Prize is 1 x Large Scalloped Pendant Shade (electricals not included), valued at $750. Available in winner's choice of either Clay or White.

4. Prize will be shipped for free to any address within Australia. NZ residents are eligible to enter, however shipping will be at their own cost.

5. The Prize will be awarded to one individual participant who successfully enters the Giveaway, and is not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale.

6. The winner will be drawn randomly after 8pm on Tuesday 27 February, and contacted via Instagram. 

7. It is the winner’s exclusive responsibility to ensure that the delivery details provided are complete and correct, and Her Hands takes no responsibility in the event the Prize is not received due to inaccurate details being provided, or any other issues with delivery process outside of its control that may occur.

8. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The obligations of the parties under these Terms and Conditions are legally binding and governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
